UPDATED: The developers managed to solve the issue within a few days. I recommend it for store owners using Superfaktura. Thank you. The app works well overall and has a lot of potential, but there is one serious issue for merchants in Slovakia and the Czech Republic or elsewhere where COD is accepted. When an order is paid by Cash on Delivery, the invoice is generated with the order date instead of the delivery/payment date. This causes problems with VAT compliance and makes it very difficult to use for COD sales. Also it can be very time consuming to fix this manually. Support is also quite slow, which makes it harder to resolve these issues quickly. If the invoicing logic for COD could be adjusted to reflect the correct delivery/payment date, this app would be a great solution. I really hope the team addresses this, because otherwise the app is very solid.
