I soo want to love this company!!!! They have good products. they got a great line up. its easy. its convenient but there is a huge issue. The processing time. I have almost half a million followers in the health niche and i could sell LOTS of products.... but i cant get emails everyday from people asking if there package is being sent out. Right now i have half a dozen orders and none sent out 2 orders were ordered 2 weeks ago. they were 3 days of processing and i got a email one of my products in my buddle was out of stock... i found out 3 days after they ordered! So those two orders must wait 2 weeks. The proper thing to do would be send out the 4 items and send out the 5th one when its in stock, but nope. all 5 items are on hold for 2 weeks now. then last week i made a new bundle 4 products... i got a order on the 4th, the 5th, and the 6th.... today is the 10th and zero orders have been sent out! i have had 3 emails so far... "where is my package" I dont know what to do.... do i find a new company. a new product. or what. but i dont want to start pushing products if this company cant delivery. 2-3 days is doable for processing, waiting 6 days for a tracking number is not!! If i ordered something online on a wed. and next tue I did not get a tracking number id be pissed and never order again.... there business model is ruining my reputation . If this processing time improves I will recommend them to my friends online ( I know huge accounts) and change this to a plus 5 . but waiting 6-14 DAYS not good business! 2-3 processing is normal. 6+ days is bad business Eric A. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation has caused you and your customers. One of the delays you experienced was caused by a product in your bundle - Colon Gentle Cleanse - going out of stock. While we work hard to keep inventory stable, some stock availability is outside of our direct control since certain products are sourced from external suppliers who may occasionally face technical or production issues. We try to be transparent that such situations can happen when using our service, but we absolutely understand how disruptive this is for your business. Our team is actively working to restore stock as quickly as possible. At the moment, due to system limitations, we’re not able to split and partially ship bundle orders automatically. However, we can remove and refund the out-of-stock item and proceed with shipping the remaining products - just let our Customer Support team know via the chat bubble or at [email protected], and we’ll handle it for you. Regarding your February 5th and 6th orders - two have already shipped, and the remaining one is scheduled to ship today. Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, and weekends don’t count toward that window - so these orders are still within the stated processing timeframe. So currently, you have only 2 orders on hold due to OOS, and the rest of the orders are either completed or scheduled to ship within the promised timeframe.
