Great customer service & great portal which makes starting your own supplement line very easy.
Great partner for building my wellness brand! Supliful makes it easy to create my own private-label line, with a wide selection of quality supplements, coffees, and wellness products. Customizing my labels is simple, and the Shopify integration works smoothly. Orders are processed quickly and the whole flow is easy to manage. Highly recommend for anyone starting their own brand!! Worthless and useless support, answering one question for 5 minutes. Was chatting with the bot about the problem have to repeat the same things again to a "Gabrielle" agent. The system can't map products to manually created products.

This is a company that loves to overcomplicate simple things.They updated the product packaging, and my designer completed the design exactly according to their template. However, I couldn't upload it myself. Even after I made adjustments and uploaded it on my end, the entire design changed drastically.
