So far the communication has been really good and I'm a happy costumer! I'm genuinely happy I discovered Supliful and get to work with a company based in the U.S.! The whole platform is super intuitive, from product selection to mockups and website integration, everything feels user-friendly and well thought out. One small challenge I’ve experienced is the shipping process. For example, I had to send the Dead Sea Mud first to a friend in New York and then have it forwarded to me. That added quite a bit of time and effort. I really hope this part of the process gets smoother in the future, especially for faster access to products when testing or creating content. That said, I’m excited to grow with Supliful and continue building around their platform.

****** UPDATE ****** So here is my update on 7/24/2024. Customer services finally got back to me and was helpful. The process takes a little bit of time to learn but now that I understand it better it's fairly easy to use. I ordered my first samples and I'm excited to see how everything goes. I'll update again once my samples arrive. ****************************************************** I just started using Supliful and already I'm not sure if I will continue with them. i sent two emails already asking question and still not one reply. They have great products but only give the bare minimum info about them for example the Manuka coffee does not state where the beans are from nor does it give the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) or the Methylglyoxal (MGO) content. I created a custom label so I can add it to my shop but it doesn't tell me if it is in review or not. As stated I emailed twice asking these questions and have not gotten an answer. For now I will not be adding the products to my shop as my customers expect high quality products but with prompt and reliable customer service. If i can't get answers then I can't provide my customers with the high quality customer service my brand is known for. Hopefully this gets addressed and I can add these coffees to my already amazing product lineup.

Great products and professional staff. My only issue is I have been waiting for a week after an order for label approval. I would highly suggest doing a test order because I am going to have to refund my first sale because it is taking so long

Please check your email associated with your Supliful account and follow the instructions provided by our customer support team so we can verify your label and fulfill the order asap. Pretty good so far. Products are good, good flavors, packaging looks great. It would be perfect if they were faster and if they did shipping to other places like Puerto Rico and LATAM.

I’m so grateful I came across Supliful. Its model is exactly what I was looking for. I bought a Shopify store that I ended up having to revamp. My goal is to provide natural products for a healthy lifestyle and Supliful helps me do that. I especially love that there is not an upfront cost; it is literally an on-demand fulfillment services. I hope formula customization is a feature in the future.

I give supliful a 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a great app and I love the products they have. I do think though that they should add more flavors to stuff like pre workout and other products. The only other thing I would say is that it is confusing setting up a store connected with Shopify and I just wish it would be a little easier. Other than that it’s been wonderful, they have great customer service and respond to all your questions within hours. They also make it very easy for you to customize and make your own logo along with browsing all their different products.

It is easy to update and upload product from Suplify to Shopify. But the text format does not appear the same between the two. I always have to edit more in Shopify. I haven't launched my site yet. But I don't see the product description in my website under construction. I haven't figured out if that is a Suplify issue or something I need to set on Shopify. The service support is pleasant and timely. But I do still have one or two outstanding questions which by now may have been forgotten. One such question was about USDA organic label. Some of your products say USDA organic. But can you provide the label to put on our product label? How do I verify that the product is indeed organic certified? I like most of your products. I wish you carried more herbal extracts in liquid form and liquid filled soft gel products. More products with herbs please...
