Any time I've run into a technical hiccup, their team responds fast and actually walks you through it instead of just sending a canned reply. Really appreciate having a support team this responsive. Overall just a great team doing great work — really appreciate having a partner like this.
Terible Customer service, i wouldent recomend this I was trying to. Install this app. And add some technical issues. And I reached out for help with Chad. And they couldn't do anything. Tell me try this. Didn't work. Try this. So I saw that. I'm not getting anywhere. I asked for a refund. For I'm paying $50. A month. I didn't get any response from them. I asked again and again. No response at all.
