Working with Supliful is truly amazing. They were great through the entire process of setting up both my shopify stores, getting my brands up and running. Even more so they were on point with the answers to my questions. Couldn't recommend them enough.

So far the communication has been really good and I'm a happy costumer! I'm genuinely happy I discovered Supliful and get to work with a company based in the U.S.! The whole platform is super intuitive, from product selection to mockups and website integration, everything feels user-friendly and well thought out. One small challenge I’ve experienced is the shipping process. For example, I had to send the Dead Sea Mud first to a friend in New York and then have it forwarded to me. That added quite a bit of time and effort. I really hope this part of the process gets smoother in the future, especially for faster access to products when testing or creating content. That said, I’m excited to grow with Supliful and continue building around their platform.

False advertising. Website says $1 for first month then regular cost thereafter. Instead, I was charged $1 for a 3 day “free trial” and after the 3 days, a balance of $49 was due. Luckily, I was proactive and removed my card info prior to the end of 3 day “trial”. False and misleading! Ontop of that, staff via email was unsure about the $1 first month and had to check on it. To which my reply was “how do you not know, it’s on your website.” In addition to that, I have received 2 requests via email asking me to review the company. How could I give a review if I literally just subscribed to the service and haven’t had any interaction or even purchased yet? Make that make sense. It’s a turn off! But anyway, here’s the review ya wanted!

Supliful has been more than a 3rd Party App, their service feels more like they are a strategic business partnership. Their software and fulfillment services work almost flawflessly, as we have been using them for 3 months now without issues. I have used their products myself firsthand too, and I find them to be as high of a quality as the claim.

The app is pretty good (fast and tends to work). However, there is an issue where if you cancel an order after a 2hr time frame, the Shopify Supliful UI (this app) will say Supliful Fulfillment accepted the cancellation request and the Shopify order successfully cancels, but it does not actually cancel on the Supliful side and they will ship the order. Further, Supliful will not honor refunds for orders of this manner despite the UI not reflecting reality. Just be mindful of this as you use it, the data may become out of sync between Shopify and Supliful and they will not do you any favors if this happens. Will update my review if this gets fixed

It is true that while the Shopify interface may reflect the fulfillment request being canceled, that doesn't mean the order has been canceled in the Supliful system. Because we don't control Shopify's UI, we cannot prevent this mismatch directly. However, we always encourage users to double-check the order status in their Supliful account after requesting a cancellation in Shopify, especially if more than two hours have passed. Have done over $250,000 in rev using these guys! Service is good, reliable, great support. Easy to work with. Supplements are really one of the best business models to start these days, so many different angles to take, and Supliful makes it really easy for you to get your foot in the door with whatever your brand vision might be.

The current performance of your platform falls significantly below acceptable standards, presenting substantial challenges for users and raising serious concerns about its reliability. Firstly, the site suffers from persistent latency issues, often failing to load altogether. Even when it does manage to load, navigating the interface is cumbersome and inefficient—an experience that wastes valuable time and reflects poorly on user satisfaction. For any organization aiming to establish credibility and leadership in its field, such technical shortcomings are unacceptable. Moreover, the reliance on generic AI-driven customer service solutions further diminishes the quality of support provided. Personalized and effective customer engagement is a cornerstone of business success, and the lack thereof raises questions about the company’s commitment to addressing user needs, especially when there are reports by other customers here that state that they have not received responses from you until days later. I am like great with them because they will let you know about what's needed to advertise your label correctly. But how they ship out the products is just in a bag and stuffed not fully protected. I have had customers complain and show proof that some products have been open and exposed. but thats because how they package the products. some of the products is very very small and the pricing metrics doesnt match the value. Also, dont like the migration of the social media. for they will charge you directly for the items that are ready to be shipped. instead of taking the proceeds from the sale item.

Couldn’t say enough about why I’m going to be leaving this company’s services. The products are already ridiculously overpriced and I was fine with it because it’s was extremely convenient. Well now they add an additional mandatory monthly subscription with no changes to their products’ prices. And then to top it off, they are always late shipping. They’ve lost me hundreds of customers because they won’t ship products for 1-2 weeks. They give an original estimated delivery date and you can count on the product being AT LEAST 10 days late. Great concept for a company. Convenient but never in a million years worth working with. Needs major improvements

I strongly advise against using Supliful for your business needs. My experience with them has been consistently frustrating due to two major issues. First, they heavily rely on AI for customer service without being upfront about it, leading to circular conversations and unresolved problems. When you need real answers about your business, you're met with generic AI responses that rarely address specific concerns. More importantly, their lack of transparency regarding labeling requirements has caused significant problems. As someone trying to run a legitimate business, I need clear, accurate specifications for product labels. Instead, I've received inconsistent information that has led to costly mistakes and potential compliance issues. When trying to get clarification, I'm again met with AI responses rather than actual help. I've attempted to resolve these issues directly with the company multiple times without success, which has led me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your business needs. A company that can't provide basic human support and clear requirements isn't worth your time or money.

This shopify app makes it so easy to add products and customize labels with provided templates. The Supliful team is always quick to review the labels and make sure they follow protocols. Fulfilment and shipping times have improved greatly, and they are constantly adding great products for private labelling!

Supliful has truly been a game-changer. It makes launching and managing a branded product line so easy! I didn’t have the resources for big upfront investments in product development or keeping large inventory, but Supliful’s seamless integration with Shopify and TikTok, combined with their on-demand approach, makes starting a brand accessible for anyone with minimal investment and low risk. **I haven't sold a product yet** So far, the app is impressive. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate to Shopify, which is super efficient. There seems to be a slight delay between updating product info in supliful and the actual website I published through shopify. Other than that, Supliful is amazing! Some advice I have: - ability to control the dosage and custom made products - different options for bottle and labeling

****** UPDATE ****** So here is my update on 7/24/2024. Customer services finally got back to me and was helpful. The process takes a little bit of time to learn but now that I understand it better it's fairly easy to use. I ordered my first samples and I'm excited to see how everything goes. I'll update again once my samples arrive. ****************************************************** I just started using Supliful and already I'm not sure if I will continue with them. i sent two emails already asking question and still not one reply. They have great products but only give the bare minimum info about them for example the Manuka coffee does not state where the beans are from nor does it give the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) or the Methylglyoxal (MGO) content. I created a custom label so I can add it to my shop but it doesn't tell me if it is in review or not. As stated I emailed twice asking these questions and have not gotten an answer. For now I will not be adding the products to my shop as my customers expect high quality products but with prompt and reliable customer service. If i can't get answers then I can't provide my customers with the high quality customer service my brand is known for. Hopefully this gets addressed and I can add these coffees to my already amazing product lineup.
