Their sales people will provide you with false percentages and incorrect pricing to get you to commit to a contract with minimum fees and penalties. Then once everything is signed, a new person will contact you with changed numbers and fees that were neither pitched or written in the contract. If it is to their benefit, they will also add new addendums to increase their charges. An utter waste of time and a complete scam.

I have to agree with "Camera Butter". The app looks slick, but it's impossible to figure out how to actually set it up. I tried a few things, but it's still not showing up in the checkout. There aren't many options other than to add a 'zone' and have it adjust the pricing for you - no mention of duties being calculated automatically or anything, and it's not showing up in the checkout now that I've setup everything there is to setup. It's very basic but doesn't seem to actually do anything?
