swap's solution to cross border shipping solved so many problems that we had selling internationally. The big one is that it seamlessly helped customers clearly see if any duties & taxes were payable & how much they might be, which massively increased our US business. Secondly, swap handle all of the tax side of things, particularly in Europe, which gave us the confidence to market there more with less admin. They're also super helpful both during onboarding & once live.

Swap is the perfect solution for us to start shipping to the US from Europe. Through our 3PL we were unable to offer a great customer experience for the right price. We have been using SWAP global now since the beginning of September 2024 and have been really pleased in the performance of the system. We have an improved customer journey and transparency with costs, better control over pricing and shipping and having the ability to have fixed pricing for independent regions - none of which we had access to before. The onboarding team have been amazing and getting us set up and running in record time and are always on hand to answer question and tweak our set up. Can't fault them at all. If you combine this with their awesome returns portal then you have a fantastic cross boarder solution for shipping and reutrns. Highly recommend!

We had worked with other third-parties and directly with couriers, but nothing compares to the level of support, service and offering that SWAP provide. This also works perfectly with their returns and exchanges app, which is also one of the best on the market. We would 100% recommend this to anyone doing international shipping and want a cost effective and easy to use solution.
