We have been working with Swap over a few years now - Using there returns and Global Services. They have been fantastic and we would recommend them to any business who is looking to streamline there returns process and have more control over international shipping and duties. The customer support is constantly trying to help us with any issues we face and they keep us up to date with anything that we may need to look out for. 10/10

We have been using SWAP for our returns for over a year now, and it has made the returns process seamless and efficient for customers, as well as making the process easier for us as a company to view/edit. The team are also really helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any queries we have about the portal. Would definitely recommend!
