Swap Returns & Exchanges

Been working with Swap for almost 3 years in my current position, app has always been great, V2 is a real step up and is great to use. The team are all fab too, Lara has been a joy to work with, always friendly, professional, and helpful! Can't fault Swap really.

I have been working regularly with Lara - Managing our accounts and providing exceptional support and guidance where needed! Working alongside the SWAP team has meant managing our international orders and processes have been so much easier and smooth running. I would definitely recommend working with swap.

We’ve been using Swap and it’s been working exactly as promised. The platform is easy to use and has made managing our returns and exchanges much smoother and more efficient. What has really stood out, though, is the team behind it. Every interaction has been great, they’re incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive, and always quick to sort out any questions we have. The whole setup and onboarding process was seamless, and we felt supported from the very beginning. It’s already saving us time, improving the experience for our customers, and making the whole returns process much easier to manage. A great product backed by an excellent team. Can't fault Swap for our returns portal, especially the new V2 version! It's super user friendly and easy to use. Highly recommend Swaps! The team were great to help getting me set up and running within days.
