Swap has already proven to be an efficient and practical solution to our returns issues. As we have a high rate of returns with shoes, we required a service that could meet our needs including international fulfilment over multiple locations. Any queries and issues have been handled in a very timely manner, with diligence and respect. The team themselves helped assist us by making time for regular calls and responding with almost immediate solutions. Their partnership with other services led us to improve both outbound and inbound shipments in turn helping us grow specific markets. We hope to be able to grow with Swap and see all aspects of our business improve. This we see creating the best outcome for customer and vendor alike.

Swap has been such a game changer for us, we have been about to salvage 11% of refund with the gift card and exchange option. Swap is worth 2 physical retail stores to us!

Minimised time to process returns tenfold, as well as enabling significant revenue retention through live exchanges and shop now credit for customers. What's more than that is the team at Swap. We really like this service, a really smooth customer facing interface, the back end is easy to navigate and work with, we have all the customisation options we've needed including having certain products with different return rules. Any ideas or features we've wanted have usually been met with enthusiasm and implemented very quickly.

Great App for returns management. Allows customers to make exchanges based on stock availability and keeps money in the business through the offering of credit. Most useful function is the collection of returns data sorted by SKU or product description allowing in depth analysis of return reasons and comments.
