Facing troubles for weeks, the APP won't work anymore, First, back on Feb 23rd 2026, someone from support named Nyle M. told me ''your store's Yotpo Loyalty admin is currently archived'' Than on Feb 25th, Jv Orais said ''R&D is still working on this request'' Since... no news, we are March 3rd.... I'm quite unsatisfied and frustrated. Some of my clients are on my back asking for their credit to be applied to their order and I can't. This means I'm going to have to pay them. Not impressed at all..... very disapointed.
