Nyle was super helpful with helping me update our referral rewards! I was confused about the discount code, but Nyle gave me step by step instructions on how to update that. I would recommend working with Yotpo – their support team is great!

In general, the app works fine. It is, however, very unfriendly for multi-language websites. When acquiring you as a customer, they tell you that everything can be translated. It is only after onboarding that you find out it is not the case. There is a lack of documentation on translations, and some functionality can't be translated at all. Be aware.

We use Yotpo for loyalty and reviews. They've been a great partner for us! They were extremely helpful during our migration to Shopify this spring, and any time we need assistance, they respond quickly and are always helpful. Today I had an urgent issue to try and resolve for a customer and Nyle helped me get it corrected in just a couple of minutes and even went above and beyond for me. Aside from how great their support is, their Loyalty platform has been great for us compared to older ones we tried over the years. 10/10

Exceptional support from Rodney D.! He quickly identified the issue with our Yotpo Loyalty metafields not syncing with Shopify and resolved it in minutes. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Historically Yotpo assistance has been slow and time-consuming, but they must be working on improving that lately! Stephanie was very helpful in getting my issue resolved swiftly and efficiently.
