Loop Earplugs review for Yotpo: Loyalty Rewards Program

It was quite difficult for us to implement a new tool seeing as we were migrating from another, but the Yotpo support team (especially Gabriel S) are highly responsive and pick up every ticket we sent them in the 2 weeks post launch. We appreciate the quick response & turnaround even though there were quite some bugs / issues with our launch (that was specific to our previous set up).
