This is by far the best web app I've ever used! Customers can ask questions and get answers in real time! They also have a Tidio Chat android app which I have on my cell phone so I can respond no matter where I am! It also shows you what the customer is typing as they're typing so you can start typing your response before they're even finished so they don't have to wait around.
