Excellent customer service! We haven't been able to use Swell to it's full potential yet, but the communication and care Josh provided truly made us feel like a valued customer. Very pleased to be working with them. Keep up the great work, team!

Relatively intuitive to use. Many apps either work or have some step that if you miss it they are broken with little to no customer support. These guys were responsive and helpful AND polite with my issues (totally my mistake too). Also I just have to give a shout out, we're a USA manufacturer based in MA and these guys are right down the road from us in Boston. But they were so helpful and responsive we didn't even need to go knock on their door and bribe them with beer for help! Who knew, real developer service in this day and age!!

This is a great app and very easy to set up. I love how customizable it is which fits in perfect with our shopify store. This is a must have if you want loyal and repeat customers.

This app is truly amazing! I was able to customize a lot of features even with the free plan. I created a referral program, a point system. My customers love it! :) Thank you and can't wait for more.
