Very easy to use. It allows a ton of customizable options to give your customers. You can save them some major money.

Looks a useful addon to my site at www.mposhardware.co.uk- we operate in a competitive marketplace selling POS hardware, so any opportunity to retain and get new clients other than using Adwords is interesting. Set it up recently and support is excellent.

Amazing. Other loyalty programs are VERY limited in functionality. Swell has the most flexibility and feature set by far. Josh and his team are very responsive and are often right there ready to chat about issues through Intercom. Best loyalty program on Shopify by far. I used other programs but they didn't hold a candle and were very slow to release features on Shopify. It was rather painful before Swell. Thanks for a great product with great support. You guys rock!

swell rewards is the loyalty program that i have been searching for to reward "good behavior" by my clients.....its easy to install and easy for clients to understand. Thanks Swell for making my clients feel appreciated.

We make small-batch herbal remedies for common health concerns and just launched Swell for our rewards program. It's the perfect solution for us, since we prefer rewarding customers for loyalty and social media advocacy over random discounting. It also helps us develop a more meaningful relationship with our best customers. Setting up the app was painless, though it does take a little time if you choose to fully customize the pop-up windows and messages that users receive. We greatly appreciate the many opportunities Swell provides to tailor the app to our own brand voice. And whenever we had questions or needed help – such as crediting existing customers with accounts with points – Josh was quick to respond. (So quick, that we think he's been cloned into a team of Joshes.) The rewards program has been live for only a couple of days, but already we're seeing customers take advantage , and the feedback is good. Once it's been running a bit longer, we'll provide an update. But so far, we're really pleased with Swell and highly recommend it.

Awesome set-up - video tutorials are easy to follow and assisted with completing set-up in order for our customers to enjoy a really cool loyalty points initiative.

Love it! Gives my customers a sense of loyalty. Their customer service is amazing. :) I have had to contact them more than once, and they are always quick to resolve any issues I come across.
