Swell gave me step by step instructions on how to execute what I needed for my site! There's even a great tutorial video that helped a lot too! Highly recommended!

This is a very good and stable app that is easy to use and install. It has taken a little while for customers to come back in and use their points but it is starting to happen for us especially in Women's Fashion which normally does not exhibit much customer loyalty.
