I have just spent 5 minutes chatting online with Josh and he has helped guide me through the best way to set up your account (thanks Josh! Slick, prompt and clear communicative style. If the app is anything like its support you'll be in for a real treat. I shall report back after I have opened my online shop (29/2/16); I'll then be able to comment on what Swell does for customer loyalty. KB.

Wow, an incredibly robust loyalty program even at the Free level with top notch customer service. Twice I had to reach out to Josh through Chat (my own oversights) and within a few minutes he explained what I needed to know in a friendly, professional manner. There is a direct Chat portal in the Swell admin page, they make setting it up and getting support as easy as can be.

Just installed this app. Simply put, it's AWESOME! Lot of apps (including the paid ones) looks promising until you hit that roadblock and good luck getting any support. This is a very robust and useful app and yet very intuitive and easy to use. If you have a question or unsure what to do, just use the chat feature and they respond to you right away. I installed the app, created a campaign and added the rewards program/discount coupons in 5 mins. I almost feel bad for the developer using this app for free. But hey, if we hit the 100 orders threshold, we all win. Thanks again SWELL ebellaapparel.com

I realised a week into running this app that if your monthly order count on your store reaches 100 you will need to pay for this app at its price structure at that particular time (which could potentially be more than it is now) as all your customers will lose access to their rewards that they earned if you decline. So I paused the app for now to contemplate this. This app was super easy to install and yeah, you will probably have a few questions at first as I did, but the chat feature, Josh, is right there to help. My questions were mostly "glitch" related - something they knew about and are working on fixing for me. I also did not know I had to create the coupon codes, an extra step that is really easy once you view the video (Josh sent me the link to the video as I must have missed it during the integration process). Creating the coupon codes took about 15 -20 minutes, but I am not that tech savvy and that included watching the video.

Very easy to set up. Looking forward to using this :)

We LOVE this app so far! Easy to install, nice customizable layout that matches my theme color and very user friendly. Customer support was quick and efficient. Reward points are calculated immediately after customers fulfill a campaign. The Free version has got more than enough features for us so far. It's a MUST HAVE app! Thank you guys!!

support - awesome! I was able to use the chat feature at 10pm on Sunday night. user friendly - even more awesome! very easy to set up! I have been looking for an easy rewards program and this seems to fit the bill. easy to connect it to Facebook, Twitter and your blog (via visit a page). I used the bulk discounts app and generated 100's of coupon codes with ease. "Swell" job Swell Rewards!

These guys are fast...Real fast customer service..My facorites are Swell and Supple apps.. I hope they keep going like that..

I've just started using the app, and so far so good! The customer service is right on. Immediately I had an answer to my question and even received personalization for the app on my website. The design fits in really well with my shopify template. Very very happy with these guys. Excited to see my customers make use of this awesome rewards program.

I've been looking for a reward program for some time to use with my soy candle store that I run through Shopify. After reading many great reviews regarding Swell's ease of integration with Shopify and their excellent customer, I decided to go with them. The setup was one click of the mouse and customizing the campaigns for my needs was very simple. Josh was right there to answer my questions. Just started using Swell, but it looks like a very well designed program. It was the easiest app ever to install, and I had it configured with about 10 minutes of simple work. You will also need to get the Bulk Discount Creator from Shopify, but it's very simple to use. Great chat support too. See it running on my site MauiTropicalSoaps.com

Super easy to set up and I love the fact that it can be customised to visually integrate into a website. This is the only rewards app that also allows social engagement rewards and friend referral rewards within their free plan. It covers all bases of what you'd expect from a rewards programme. The support from these guys is AMAZING (so fast, so helpful) !!! I can't recommend this app and the support behind it highly enough. 10/10

Excellent customer service and technical support. Quit worrying about your loyalty program, and install Swell Rewards. Simple plug n' play, easy to configure, and very customizable. One of the founders, James, even took time to help me configure some strange requests for our store. Got it all up and running within 5 minutes, and our customers are loving it! Increasing sign ups, purchases, and customer retention rates. Huge thanks to the Swell Staff for being so awesome!!
