Amazing software with so many capabilities if you dig into it! Customer support is fantastic. I just spoke with Jeff who was incredibly patient, friendly and quick to respond. He managed to solve my issue (which was kind of convoluted) and was really helpful.

We've used Yotpo for Loyalty and Reviews for 5+ years and love it! They enable you to create a program tailored to your business's needs and your customers' wants. Not to mention their support team is always there to help. Maritel saved me hours of manual work this morning by taking the time to answer all my questions and helping me adjust points for a few thousand customers.
