It's always a great experience when chatting to the friendly customer service team at YOTPO. Jeff and Eleen have been a delight to speak to! He responded to our queries in a clear and kind manner. There are so many great resources available within the program that we have found extremely valuable.

Really like the support chat, Yotpo support is very helpful when you need help from Yotpo. Christian supported me and fixed my concern.

We've been on the loyalty program for a few months now and our customers are enjoying engaging with the program. We've had a few instances where we've had to reach out to customer support and they're always happy to help. Recieved great customer service from Maritel today. Thanks YOTPO!

Amazing software with so many capabilities if you dig into it! Customer support is fantastic. I just spoke with Jeff who was incredibly patient, friendly and quick to respond. He managed to solve my issue (which was kind of convoluted) and was really helpful.
