Just started using it for my coffee roasting company in Colorado Springs and our online retail store. It seems to be working fine integrating the eCommerce and our brick and mortar coffee cafe in town. We're hoping to launch the site in the coming days to fully see what this program has. If we find any issues in this apps performance, we will come back and update if needed. Anyways, check out our quality gourmet coffee roasted in the Rocky Mountains! Know Coffee, Know Inertia!

Wonderful dealing with Nikhil at Swell. Always had prompt answers for our questions. The app is straight forward & exactly what we at Bio-Beds Plus needed.

I installed this app about a week ago, and it's already created engaged customers and helped closed sales! The customization and general set-up was a breeze, although I did need some help getting the spending set-up correct. Support was very fast and, in fact, spent a fair amount of time chatting with me to help me correct an (unanticipated) issue I'd run into (honestly not expecting it to help generate customers and sales so quickly :) ) and making certain I understood how to adjust and correctly set-up the other codes and coupons I needed to make everything work the way I want. (Nikhil is FABULOUS!!) No doubt about it... you NEED this app! And, as I told them, I LOVE the fact that the pricing structure is such that a small, first-timer such as myself has the opportunity to actually SEE it working for me and, in essence, having it help me generate the income that will then cover the fee... v. so many that may offer a free trial (that seems to end before producing results, so you incur expenses) without any proof you need it or it's even going to work for you and your purposes. So far, there's only been a few very slight glitches -- but they were very quick to respond and even took it upon themselves to help correct them for me. :) Don't think. Just get it! You have NOTHING to lose with this app, and a WHOLE LOT to gain!

Excellent customer service. They respond in a flash with clear informative instructions. It's a great app and gets customers interested in signing up.

Really great app! Has a lot of free features available. Awesome if you are just getting started with your shopify store.
