I definitely think that this app has the potential to be MUCH better than any of the other rewards apps. The features are much more robust and you have greater control over the system options and customization. The social media features just need further development. Customer service was satisfactory.

Less then 2 hours in. Will update review. So far, user friendly. Good app. I email Sunday late night, get replied Monday morning. Say's it all. Great app so far. Really user friendly interface with many options. Easy to understand. Looking for a FAQ by the way, they have an good app for that also. ;)

I'm brand new at Shopify and the Swell app was intuitive and super easy to use. My discounts and loyalty program was setup in no time at all.

Ive only been using this app for literally 32 hours, but I can see the robustness and power behind its simple interface. I only wish there was a way to have a direct link to a sign up page instead of a small pop up tab. Id like for my customers to be able to see the page directly, but incognito has its up sides as well

Dzentia on the chat line was horrible. In the middle of my chat she disconnect and did not answer my question. This shows bad customer service skills.

LOVE IT! So easy and clean. Love how you can set unique loyalty schemes! and also the fact that it's free for up to 100 orders, great for new businesses. Well done guys

just starting out with this but it looks good and from the tests I have ran it navigates well once you figure it out.

Pretty good. Left panel navigation is a bit confusing. But overall the app allows for decent customization and reporting.
