I've just set up my Shopify site having migrated from Volusion. That alone has me in such great spirits that I was already happy to leave high reviews. Then, I came across Swell in the Shopify app store, and it allows me to reward my customers for their loyalty and engagement for a ridiculously low cost! I'm down right giddy. As small business owners, the bottom line is at the forefront of every conversation, and the offering of discounts and perks with Rewards points are expense enough for us. I'm still working on and hoping to figure out how to delete codes that I accidentally imported to the wrong coupon - since I forgot to decipher between the discount_export csv files (1) (2) and (3) Otherwise, everything Ive wanted to do so far has been - - - swell :) I couldn't resist!

We are planning to use Swell in our store for our soon to launch referral program so our customers can refer their friends to shop at Anbmart.com.au. So far the integration seems to be easy ANB Mart Online Shopping Australia - www.anbmart.com.au

I definitely think that this app has the potential to be MUCH better than any of the other rewards apps. The features are much more robust and you have greater control over the system options and customization. The social media features just need further development. Customer service was satisfactory.

I'm brand new at Shopify and the Swell app was intuitive and super easy to use. My discounts and loyalty program was setup in no time at all.

Pretty good. Left panel navigation is a bit confusing. But overall the app allows for decent customization and reporting.

Im just about to launch it shortly on the free plan so i haven't got much to say except It would be nice to have more features such as rewards page given to bronze members as eventually the business will scale and it would be upgraded anyway. I would also like the instagram feature for the bronze. It would be nice for customers to see so they can do more referrals and sign on the instagram. Like i mentioned, if the business scales quicker, the quicker the upgrade to a higher plan.

Really great suite of features to boost visitor action . I think the app could benefit from a more robust automated email marketing functionality it would avoid the need to use a yet a another app for that purpose and increase the value proposition of upgrading to the paid version. But it works as advertised.
