So far, I'm loving SWELL, it's simply... Well, swell! User friendly, short quick tutorials for help when I need it. This makes my experience pretty great thus far. I'm still in process of launching, and learning along the way this is app is a must have! Building my brand an customer loyalty through a rewards program that's easy to set up is a must for every business.... Who doesn't love rewards, right?! Anywho my only complaint to date is that, I use my iPad for my daily business doings and the app seems to be a bit glitchy and not as comparable as I would like at the moment. Customizing the fields in coupons and such is tricky. But, I'm certain if I were using a Mac or PC, the process would in fact, be seamless.

Very user friendly and easy to update. I haven't had this app for much time but the email notification sent to my customers announcing our new rewards and referral program is an awesome little perk.

We absolutely love the features available in Swell! Having a referral program in place is one of the most powerful things any business can offer. Swell makes the process easy and fun. Plus, this app is free until you start earning upwards of 100 orders per month. This is pretty much a no brainer!

This is the best App available in Shopify, it has increased my reach to new and old customers while allowed me to reward them for their purchases and other interactions with in my store. highly recommended for store owners.

Very simple to use back end with plenty of customisation options. Took less than an hour to set up everything I wanted. I'm looking forward to seeing how customers engage with it.
