We are a personalized gift store that sells mainly groomsmen gifts, wedding party gifts, and personalized flasks, as well as custom knives. We love this app because it lets us provide our customers with great value!

It's very clear, precise and does what they say they do! The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 is just because there are some simple questions I can't find the answers to in the application - but because their custom service is so reliable I know I will be able to solve them. Thank you!

We tried a lot of Rewards Apps, and Swell is by far our favorite. Very customizable, and lots of essential tools within. I am def recommending this to my colleagues. Keep up the great work! UPDATE: 06/07/18 Well, the program stopped working after asking me to upgrade my plan. I entered my credit card info, and now I have a locked app with just a white screen. Customers are getting angry because their coupons no longer work...still waiting for a fix.

Quick to install and easy to get started. Seems quite comprehensive and the free plan allows you to customise and experiment without spending hard-earned money. You can offer points or discounts to the customer. It's good to be able to play around with both options.

Swell is extremely helpful with my store, I recommend it to anybody who uses shopify to make a living. They're easy step by step platform makes adding loyalty reward programs a piece of cake!

Swell is a huge help in growing my business. I have used other platforms that did not offer rewards programs and this has been an amazing addition to my site and business. My customers love the engagement and it encourages sales and loyalty!

Really nice app! Just too bad, that Instagram Rewards are only in the paid plan.
