We used the Swipecart no-code mobile app builder to build an exclusive mobile app for our brand SUFFIRE. We focus on genderless jewelry and accessories. Very hard to get support. Pros: Price is affordable and it says it can work with Smile points, but paying for a service that doesn't work at all isn't fun.

No support at all, make yourself a favour and search a different app. They don’t answer to an issue in their app even after we sent several messages.

I’ve been a loyal user of this app for a long time, but recently I’ve encountered significant issues with reaching support. Despite patiently waiting for days, there has been no update or resolution. It’s incredibly disappointing. The helpdesk and scheduling help websites crash every time I try to access them, which is beyond frustrating. If you have discontinued your service, please inform us so we can make arrangements to switch to another platform.
