Very hard to get support. Pros: Price is affordable and it says it can work with Smile points, but paying for a service that doesn't work at all isn't fun.

It’s been a long time with no customer support. What happened to Swipercart? They used to provide the best service, but now when we try to communicate with people we used to contact on WhatsApp, they say they have left the company.

I have had swipecart for a long time and at first the support team was hands on and helped me with the set up, problems that came up but recently I have had zero contact with support despite sending them several messages and emails for the past 3 months or so. It has been very frustrating, looks like I will be using someone else for a mobile app interface.
