Reactive support to improve some issues in their solution
Thanks for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We actually tried to contact you several times regarding this issue but unfortunately did not receive a response. We would really appreciate it if you could get in touch with us so we can continue working on this together and find the best solution for your setup. Our app is mainly designed to be used via the Shopify Admin, both in the browser and mobile app. Printing directly from the Shopify POS app on Android tablets has not yet been fully tested, especially since opening our Swiss Post app from the POS app has only recently become possible. We will make sure to test this on our side. Once the new label size is available, we would be very happy if you could test it again with us. We’re confident we can resolve this together soon.
