We do a lot of development in-house, but we also use 3rd party applications like this when we don't have enough time or capacity. In this case, we built a React-based front-end for our wishlist integration and Wishlist Plus has performed very well for our needs. The most important things like reliability, flexibility and support have really impressed our tech team. They've responsed quickly to support requests on multiple occasions, including detailed technical queries, and helped us with our staging site. Highly recommended.

Exceptional App and Unparalleled Support This app is absolutely outstanding! Not only is it incredibly effective and user-friendly, but the support I received has truly been next level. The Wishlist Plus team provide excellent support, are easily accessible and understand the need to integrate the app's look and feel seamlessly within our store's aesthetic. Trying their app for the first time. I saw the upgrade had a special discount, so I signed up for it. However, the billing was inaccurate as they billed me for the regular rate. When I reached out to the team, they honored that particular rate. Thank you, Wishlist Plus. This goes a long way and shows your integrity.

Impossible remove the icon, its not working.... its not useful.... please remove it from my store please....

As a result, none of our app scripts have been injected into your store yet, and thus the wishlist-related icons currently displayed appear to belong to different apps, and not from Wishlist Plus. We tried reaching out to you to clarify this, but we did not hear back from you. We would love the opportunity to assist you in setting up our app and resolving any concerns you may have. If you are still looking for a solution, please reply to our email. We’ll be happy to help you resolve any issues with the existing icons and set our app up as well.

Die App ist wirklich super und bietet den Nutzern eine bessere UX. Aber das beste ist der tolle Support! Sofern etwas am Design oder Funktionalität nicht stimmt wird einem direkt geholfen und sogar kostenfrei ein custom Design umgesetzt. Kann diese App daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The worst customer support I have seen, and I have seen a lot of people, these guys are first of all late to answer, then only repeat the same solutions again and again and again, feels like I am talking to AI. Seriously only add this app if you want hassle

While reviewing your store's configuration, we noticed that the Add to Wishlist button on the collections page had a few incomplete classes due to which the buttons were not working as expected. Making changes to this code will fix the button and we can surely get that fixed for you. Nevertheless, this is certainly not the experience we want our valuable customers like you to have. The most confusing, broken, half baked user interface I have ever seen. Don't bother.

We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, though we're sorry to hear that your experience with our app did not meet your expectations. Upon reviewing your requirement and the store's configuration, we noticed that the Mail List checkbox is disabled. This setting impacts the emails captured via the Guest User Popup, due to which the entries appear as "No" under the Opted for Marketing List column. Additionally, for product email updates, we observed that Klaviyo is enabled for your store. To ensure emails are sent to customers, the necessary flows should be built and activated within Klaviyo. We understand the confusion this might have caused, and we tried to explain the same in our chat conversation as well. We will be more than happy to assist you with the end-to-end setup and provide further clarification and support for the features. Wow this app is incredible!! I had better customer service with them than apps I paid 10 times as much for. They really do make it simple to install and customize their features for your theme. Way to go SWYM!

We've had a great experience using Wishlist Plus so far! It was incredibly easy to set up and the team has been very helpful with any questions or requests that we have. We would definitely recommend them!
