This app is very easy to use, and the support team, especially Kshitija, has been incredibly professional and patient. They gave us plenty of flexibility to customize the buttons and interface exactly how we wanted. We're very grateful for their help. Highly recommend!

I have rarely used an app with such outstanding customer service as Wishlist. From the moment I had a question, I was quickly and kindly assisted. What really stood out was the personal approach. The support team seemed genuinely interested in my issue and did their best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Support provides good assistance - though hopefully in the future there will be more user-enabled changes versus having to have support write in code for updates. Still great that they're able to address what we've needed thus far. Rating 5 as there's no half point system (would rate 4.5 at the moment if possible)

Our plan was changed unilaterally and we had to pay more. Be aware. The plan quota was NOT announced anywhere when we installed this app. This was a sudden change and we literally were forced to pay more to use the app. Something totally unexpected and not disclosed during the initial negotiations.

On checking why you received the upgrade emails we noticed that you had reached the app usage quota for your plan. We send out alerts when you’ve used up 80% of your quota so that you can upgrade the app on time, and to avoid any disruptions to your customers. The plan quotas and site session traffic limits are, in fact, published on our Pricing page, so I am sorry this came as a surprise to you and that you felt you were being forced to upgrade. We were merely enforcing the plan limits/rules that are clearly documented. In any event, we tried reaching out to you via email so we can get this resolved for you, and are waiting to hear back. We value your experience with our app, and we would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Please don't hesitate to contact us at your convenience via email.

The customer support is fantastic! We wanted to create a customized user experience for our customers and they were able to achieve all of the details we were looking for. I highly recommend scheduling a call with a staff member for a tutorial of the App. and how it can better serve your business.

I have nothing but good words, everything works, there are even features we didn't yet have the time to try out but the wishlist functionality is flawless! Support agents are absolutely amazing, respond swiftly and get things sorted in no time. Highly recommended app.

These guys are great! Super fast when requesting assistance and the App has been working great online as well as on our APP. We have had this app well over 2 years and haven't had any issues! Highly Recommend downloading the app(if you know what's good for ya) Thanks again for the Help Eshan!

It's the early days of using the program/app, but so far, it's been so good! It was super easy to use and a seamless process connecting their app to our store. Customer service gets 5/5 stars - some of the best I have received! They are quick to reply and fix any issues. There is great communication and amazing attention to detail.

Wishlist Plus has been an excellent addition to our Shopify store. It's incredibly easy to use, and the customer service is top-notch! They respond quickly and have been a huge help with customisations I wouldn't have been able to handle on my own. Every adjustment they made was perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They truely went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Highly recommend this app!

I installed this app to let my customers save products for future purchase and access their list anytime they log in. I signed up for the $19/month plan and was immediately impressed by the developer's responsiveness. They quickly addressed my request to make the app match my website's look and feel. Despite the extensive changes, everything was updated within two days. Any bugs I encountered were fixed right away. The developer's skill, understanding of my needs, and patience were exceptional. I asked for the removal of certain features, the addition of new ones, and modifications to the font, color, and positioning. I even requested the creation of a special button, and everything was done seamlessly. The developer handled all my requests without difficulty, delivering exactly what I envisioned. Their ability to customize the app to my specifications and provide top-tier support makes them highly recommended for anyone needing tailored features and excellent service.

Awesome customer support! The Wishlist app met our expectations. The Wishlist can be customized in the frontend according to your own requirements and looks professional. There are also a number of additional functions that we will definitely be testing and using in the future. As already mentioned, the support is first-class, fast and was able to help with everything!
