I had an issue with adding a website icon to my Shopify store and reached out to customer service for help. They responded promptly and guided me through the steps to resolve the problem smoothly. Their instructions were clear, and they were patient throughout the process. I really appreciate the quick resolution and professionalism of the support team. Highly recommend this app for both functionality and excellent customer service!

This app is very easy to use, and the support team, especially Kshitija, has been incredibly professional and patient. They gave us plenty of flexibility to customize the buttons and interface exactly how we wanted. We're very grateful for their help. Highly recommend!

I have rarely used an app with such outstanding customer service as Wishlist. From the moment I had a question, I was quickly and kindly assisted. What really stood out was the personal approach. The support team seemed genuinely interested in my issue and did their best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Support provides good assistance - though hopefully in the future there will be more user-enabled changes versus having to have support write in code for updates. Still great that they're able to address what we've needed thus far. Rating 5 as there's no half point system (would rate 4.5 at the moment if possible)

Our plan was changed unilaterally and we had to pay more. Be aware. The plan quota was NOT announced anywhere when we installed this app. This was a sudden change and we literally were forced to pay more to use the app. Something totally unexpected and not disclosed during the initial negotiations.

On checking why you received the upgrade emails we noticed that you had reached the app usage quota for your plan. We send out alerts when you’ve used up 80% of your quota so that you can upgrade the app on time, and to avoid any disruptions to your customers. The plan quotas and site session traffic limits are, in fact, published on our Pricing page, so I am sorry this came as a surprise to you and that you felt you were being forced to upgrade. We were merely enforcing the plan limits/rules that are clearly documented. In any event, we tried reaching out to you via email so we can get this resolved for you, and are waiting to hear back. We value your experience with our app, and we would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Please don't hesitate to contact us at your convenience via email.

The customer support is fantastic! We wanted to create a customized user experience for our customers and they were able to achieve all of the details we were looking for. I highly recommend scheduling a call with a staff member for a tutorial of the App. and how it can better serve your business.

I have nothing but good words, everything works, there are even features we didn't yet have the time to try out but the wishlist functionality is flawless! Support agents are absolutely amazing, respond swiftly and get things sorted in no time. Highly recommended app.

These guys are great! Super fast when requesting assistance and the App has been working great online as well as on our APP. We have had this app well over 2 years and haven't had any issues! Highly Recommend downloading the app(if you know what's good for ya) Thanks again for the Help Eshan!

It's the early days of using the program/app, but so far, it's been so good! It was super easy to use and a seamless process connecting their app to our store. Customer service gets 5/5 stars - some of the best I have received! They are quick to reply and fix any issues. There is great communication and amazing attention to detail.
