Amazing customer service with quick responses. They helped me customize a like count on my collection page, perfectly suiting my needs. This app is amazing and has helped me reduce abandoned carts significantly. Since we mostly run preorders, we really rely on the data from the Wishlist to guide us on what to order. Strongly recommend!

I chose to test their plans for the website plugin, but no matter what I did, I couldn't click any buttons on the 'Welcome to Wishlist Plus' page. It took me half an hour, and I'm really disappointed.

Upon investigating the issue, we found that clicking on the "Go to theme editor" button did not redirect to the theme customizer as expected. This typically occurs when a browser has a popup blocker configuration enabled and we suspect that this could have been the issue on your end as well. I have rarely used an app with such outstanding customer service as Wishlist. From the moment I had a question, I was quickly and kindly assisted. What really stood out was the personal approach. The support team seemed genuinely interested in my issue and did their best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Support provides good assistance - though hopefully in the future there will be more user-enabled changes versus having to have support write in code for updates. Still great that they're able to address what we've needed thus far. Rating 5 as there's no half point system (would rate 4.5 at the moment if possible)
Our plan was changed unilaterally and we had to pay more. Be aware. The plan quota was NOT announced anywhere when we installed this app. This was a sudden change and we literally were forced to pay more to use the app. Something totally unexpected and not disclosed during the initial negotiations.

On checking why you received the upgrade emails we noticed that you had reached the app usage quota for your plan. We send out alerts when you’ve used up 80% of your quota so that you can upgrade the app on time, and to avoid any disruptions to your customers. The plan quotas and site session traffic limits are, in fact, published on our Pricing page, so I am sorry this came as a surprise to you and that you felt you were being forced to upgrade. We were merely enforcing the plan limits/rules that are clearly documented. In any event, we tried reaching out to you via email so we can get this resolved for you, and are waiting to hear back. The customer support is fantastic! We wanted to create a customized user experience for our customers and they were able to achieve all of the details we were looking for. I highly recommend scheduling a call with a staff member for a tutorial of the App. and how it can better serve your business.
