Swym Wishlist Plus

As a Shopify user who is not familiar with coding, Wishlist Plus has been a great addition to my online store. It helps add a Wishlist button easily, and you can customize it according to your brand colors. The platform is user-friendly, and their customer service is always quick and helpful in resolving any issues I encounter.

Support was able to quickly help me with importing my list from a different wishlist app.

I installed the app this week, which was very straightforward. I added some more advanced features such as adding the wishlist icon to collection pages. There was a small issue (my fault) which Aaryan was able to fix up straight away. I like how it integrates with Klaviyo. As a web designer, I'm often dealing with third party apps for customizations, and this is BY FAR the most incredible customer service experience I’ve ever had. Swym support not only addressed my wishlist page customization request quickly, but went above and beyond to add our branding to all other aspects of the app, ensuring ALL visuals matched our existing site completely- even the little heart icon was made thicker to match our other header icons without me having to ask! The level of attention to detail, the speed with which my request was handled, the ease of communication, and the thoroughness of the work was all truly impressive. I'm almost disappointed in how quickly everything was wrapped up since it was such a joy to work with them! I will be recommending them to all clients moving forward!

We switched to a new site theme that wasn't compatible with this app's basic function but Prasad helped us and implemented a custom solution that works perfectly with our brand new listings layout. It looks even better than before and makes it so much easier for our customers to add specific item variants to their wishlists. The Swym team has been so helpful and understanding every time we needed their assistance, this is a great app and if you have problems they will work with you to meet your needs. Very glad we chose them for our online shop.

Great app, easy to use, and the support is on point. I got the free plan to check it out but as soon as my business needs grow, I will for sure upgrade. If you don't have a wishlist for your site, go no further and install Wishlist Plus!

I have recently started using the Wishlist Plus App and their support is great and very prompt. They solve any issues that I have had very efficiently and quickly. Configuring and customization was pretty easy.
