Great service and great app. I highly recommend any store to use this. They respond right away whenever I needed them and they are always there to make customizations and make sure you are satisfied. Thanks to Amanchi for helping A++ from me. If you need a wishlist app this is the one.

The app serves the purpose, even the free plan is quite good! Their support team is active, understands the concerns, and is very helpful. Definitely recommend!

BEWARE. We've paid $199 for the enterprise plan for three months and the app is still not live. The integration is terrible. The support is great to check in every week to ask if you need help, but then offer no real help with the problems. There are other apps that provide similar features that are way better- choose one of those and stay away from this nightmare. Costly mistake.

We started using Wishlist Plus a few months ago but needed some additional tweaking after making some changes to our Shopify store yesterday. The team at Swim was again super helpful in helping everything look good and work well. I will say is that we have tried a number of other wishlist apps which did not meet our needs. Either the functionality did not work or the they said the options we needed were available but they just could not customize them. Everyone at Wishlist Plus has been so helpful throughout our whole customization process. Right down to the very details, we always felt supported in the design we were looking to achieve. We appreciated the swift response and thorough exploration of our vision. We are so happy to have a wishlist app which will work and will do what our customers want it to do. Thank you everyone at Wishlist plus!

Great app for businesses. Some components of customisation were not as straight forward for the regular user, however, in saying that, their tech support has been top notch! They were so helpful and prompt with helping me implement changes during a particularly busy Black Friday sale period.

Great customers service. Was having issues implementing the heart icon on my header and they were able to help me asap. Excited to see if people use this feature in the next couple of days.

this time, dear Kshitija helped us a lot, really proffesional, so fast with everything, kind, very honest, and hard-working person, !! 2024/6/26 This company's customer support was truly amazing. It's fast anyway! And you can see that they are carefully reading the customer's questions. All your questions will be answered thoroughly, so your problem will be resolved quickly and your work will be completed. I think everyone knows that speed is very important when running a shop. I was so impressed with their customer support that I decided to upgrade my plan. Because it's very safe. again we are helped a lot by amazing customer service, Eshan is the best! fast, and solve everything, so safe to use this app! - 【updated 12/6/2024】 Another great experience with quick and efficient support! I recently added this Wishlist app to my Shopify store and it's been a fantastic experience. Unlike other apps I tried, which were hard to customize, this one stood out with its ease of customization. The interface is user-friendly, allowing me to effortlessly match the wishlist to my store's look and feel. What really impressed me was the support team. They went above and beyond, helping me with additional backend customizations to get the wishlist looking just right. Their responsiveness and helpfulness were outstanding. Before this, I struggled with another app that wasn't as adaptable, especially with integrating my brand colors. This Wishlist app solved all those issues, offering a seamless and aesthetically pleasing integration.
