Fantastic service! I needed a small adjustment made to the wishlist icon, which was being moved from a floating position to the top header. Not only did they jump on and do this for me, but they also sorted out the alignment and the mobile version. All done over the online chat support. A*****

It‘s an app, that can be implemented very fast with all features you need for a wishlist. Support is also very fast, friendly and helpful.

Perfect support for even the smallest and most custom demands, nothing is met with a no. Service is top class. I've had the pleasure to work with Srihari on various changes the last year, where everything we've been requesting has been fulfilled. Highly recommend.

Solid app with helpful support We've been using Swym Wishlist Plus on our Shopify store and found it to be a useful tool for allowing customers to save items for later. The setup was fairly straightforward, and it integrates well with our theme. The support team has been responsive and helpful when we've needed assistance, particularly with some minor customisations. Overall, a reliable app with good support behind it.

The Wishlist Plus App is easy to install and manage. We installed it less than a month ago, and the results are promising; our customers really use this feature a lot, and it helps us target them easily with reminders, restock, and soon-out-of-stock emails designed in our Klaviyo account. Big thank you to their customer support team, who are helpful and reactive.

They got back to me and managed to fix the issues that i needed them to! Was just a bit frazzled when they suddenly went uncontactable. Customer service is still excellent. Just hopefully their chat won't go on the fritz again! ----- Just wondering if anyone else is facing a problem with the chat function? i can't seem to get in contact with them at all now for a problem that's been a ticket for a couple of days because the chat isn't available. ---- the customer service is A STAR. I struggled with coding some changes and they stepped in and got that right done for me so quickly. Really appreciate their heart and attention to detail. The app itself is easy to use even with some tweaking.

I had a couple of issues to fix (not the app, more due to extra coding I had on my website). I tried to fix, and got no where. The support team were great, really responsive and fixed the issues really quickly (within about 30 minutes!). I thought they would be in a different time zone so would take at least 24 hrs, not the case! Really great support, thanks guys.

Great customer service which takes the time to listen to your issues. Ability to book a slot complementary to your subscription and personalised support. Strongly recommend to small businesses.
