Swym Wishlist Plus

This app was just what we were looking for. A wishlist that's easy to set up and get going. All we wanted was a simple wishlist, which we got but you can do a lot more with this app. There are some minor things limiting the customizability of the app which would make me rate 4 start. But their support is like none other and I would rate 6 stars if I could because of that. They offered free help and assisted us with all the help we needed to get the wishlist to where we wanted it. All this before I even purchased a subscription. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who needs a wishlist, simple or otherwise!

Works exactly as advertised and helps our customers keep track of the items they love but haven't purchased yet. The Wishlist team is also always there to help us if we ever need assistance or clarification. Highly recommended!

I love this app! I got the free version to start off with since I was making some upgrades to my website. It's super easy to use and straight forward. Customize the colors and buttons to suit your shop's aesthetic! When I had changed my theme the wishlist app stopped working. I contacted them and they fixed the problem very quickly. I was impressed and I am truly grateful! I'm mainly giving it a test to see how frequently my customers utilize the function before upgrading but so far I'm really enjoying the app! I've wanted a wishlist function to my site for so long I hate that I waited over 2 years to get it but I love the addition. Keep up the great work! When contacting for help to fix a minor issue the response was quick and solved the problem. Love this app!

Great app and customer support. Support works quickly and does a great job answering your request. It completed our look.

I’m using the free version for now and when I needed support I received fast and helpful responses. The features looks nice in the site ‘wish list’ and ‘back in stock’. Once I put my site to live mode (at the moment is only published) I will give another review :-)

Good for 'this item is now on sale' > hoping to use this to clear some sale stock. Also great quick feedback from support! Would definitely recommend.

I'm using this app to help customers plan Christmas - for themselves but also to suggest eco options that family members could buy for their kids. The app works well and the team have been very responsive helping it fit-in to our site.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the ability of this team. I have put forward many requirements, some of which are only described in words, but they can fully understand what I mean and can meet my expectations or even exceed expectations every time they complete them. And the customer service of this team is always online, so you don't have to worry about any problems during use.

I used this app to add a wishlist option for customers. I really like that this app offers multiple options for how to display wishlist buttons. I ran into an issue trying to get the wishlist icon in the top header. The support staff were quickly responsive and helpful to resolved the issue.

I had some trouble setting up the wishlist myself but the team was very helpful in getting it up and running for me. Thank you!

A great app that is easy to incorporate into your store. Love how easy it is to use. When I had trouble integrating certain features, the support team works quickly and efficiently to help you fix your problem. Would recommend!

The customer service is wonderful! After having a bit of a difficult time trying to install one aspect of the wishlist (the heart header) I contacted customer support and within minutes they had it up and running on my site. A true joy! I'm a new user to this app, but so far it has been great and I've already seen customers using the wishlist within just hours of setting it up.

First and foremost, the customer service for this app is phenomenal. I am so impressed with the responsiveness and the tremendous support received after reaching out for assistance implementing this with our template. Every aspect of this app has fused so well with our website, it looks as though the wishlist feature has always been there. I am confident this app will provide a better user experience for our guests. Not to mention the value add to our business from the app's robust reporting features. It is the only wishlist app that I have seen yet, where you can have multiple wishlists per customer. Enjoying the app and it looks good on-site. I would recommend that the emails the app sends out to be styled by the customer as this is not able to be done at the moment, The development team is always on hand and easy to chat with quick turnaround times. It is quite pricey in terms of apps - I hope they review this in the future however, I believe this is a good enhancement for our store.
