These guys are amazing, amazing level of support. They never failed to respond within 1 business day. I am big on customization and I've modified my theme and the look of my wishlist. My theme (Ella Theme) had several issues with the Wishlist integration, I've probably been emailing back and forth with the Wishlist Plus support for a month, and they always helped solve integration issues. I have only just started using this app so I can't say whether it will be beneficial to my store in the longterm but what I can say is that the team at Swym have been exceptionally helpful and responsive to my questions. I had an issue where my wishlist button was not working. I sent in a support ticket and got a reply within 30 minutes saying the issue was fixed! I was so excited and so thankful that there still is customer service like this out there!

A great app to have in your shop. I had a couple of problems getting it set up, but received 5 star service from their customer support team. Everything got set up correctly as a result, and it's a great addition to my shop. I highly recommend!

I opted for the floating wishlist icon on my website, but the icon was so tiny! I emailed Swym Support and they were able to enlarge it for me. I was super appreciative of the help and that they were able to accommodate my request.
