Wishlist Plus is exaclty what our customers needs: easy to use and understand, with a nice and trendy look. The multilists feature is really convenient, as customers can separate their projets. The admin is easy to use and personalize. Swym has an amazing support team, with fast and effective service.

Easy to install but needed help with getting icon to display properly. Customer support was super helpful and resolved this for me quickly. Happy with the results and would recommend the app. An update - recently had a problem with the icon not showing up properly on my webpage but this was resolved super quick by customer support :)

Really useful so far - allows customers to store and share list of products. An important piece of functionality for the gifting season!

The service I've received to help me set up Wishlist Plus has been above and beyond my expectations. Even though our needs as a shop are unique, Neeraj and his team helped us get Wishlist up and running quickly. If this is the level of service they offer a new customer on the free tier, I'd expect the same, if not better, for their long-term paying customers. The app itself is functioning just as expected, though I haven't tried the more advanced features of the paid tiers yet. A great tool for our store, backed by a great team.

Excellent user friendly wishlist app that works smoothly. Very easy to set up and configure to match your theme's colour scheme. Developer support is great too. Recommended.

We love the simplicity and power of the Wishlist app. The settings for the app was easy to understand and let us configure it exactly as we wanted to. We initially had an issue integrating it with our theme, and the Swym support got back to us immediately and provided clear instructions on how to resolve the issue. We couldn't be happier!

Great wishlist app for our store. Had a problem with items $100+ prices' reading wrong, but was quickly resolved after sorting out details with support services.

I dont understand all the great reviews for this app. It lacks very basic customization capabilities. I can't edit the copy in my pop ups without writing the developers. I can't connect my Klaviyo without sending API info to the app's developers. I cant preview the emails my customers will see. These are very basic things that should be possible in an app without having to write a support ticket and wait for a developer.

Our teamis constantly working on adding features to the app and is shipping new capabilities virtually every week and that includes customization capabilities to help store admins manage the Wishlist module without having to talk to us. That said, the varied set of capabilities and UI customization the app supports make it challenging to expose all of those interfaces via the Dashboard while yet keeping the user experience simple and intuitive. We prioritize features based on customer feedback and both the features you requested - the ability to edit copy for the Wishlist UI and the ability to manage your Klaviyo config in self-serve fashion are on our product roadmap and should get addressed in the near future. We'll be sure to get back in touch and update you once this is addressed.

When it comes to customer satisfaction, this tool is definitely a needed tool. Our customers at Catholically.com often leave their items in their shopping cart to remember what they want to buy, but what they really needed was an app to save their most loved items. After searching and testing I've found Swym Corporation's Wishlist: the best!! it performs exactly the way we need it. The support was also very helpful and gave us recommendations and helped us fixing the homepage to show the button exactly where we wanted it. All of this with the free tool! We are looking forward to upgrade as soon as we'll have a tons of users :)

Gopinath at The Wishlist Plus app team did a great job making adjustments to allow the icons to sit properly within our theme. He also added to the header menu!. Lets see how our customers interact with the tool. Thanks guys.

This app has been great a tool for re-engaging customers and following up with warm leads. The customer support team has been extremely supportive, answering questions and making changes to the design/functionality of the app to suit the needs of our business. Recommend!

These guys are amazing, amazing level of support. They never failed to respond within 1 business day. I am big on customization and I've modified my theme and the look of my wishlist. My theme (Ella Theme) had several issues with the Wishlist integration, I've probably been emailing back and forth with the Wishlist Plus support for a month, and they always helped solve integration issues. They even wrote custom code to make sure that their app works flawlessly with my shop. shop.antiagingvancouver.com

Wishlist has a very helpful support team! Our issues were fixed overnight. Good features and relatively easy to use. Good data as well.
