Great and very important plugin for any online store. I got a service beyond what I expected. Very professional, fast and quality. Swym did a perfect job with full support for my website according to my special needs. I'm very satisfied how it’s look on my website. Excellent Service. Thanks! L

Amazing customer support. Tried a few other wish list apps but the service was very sub par. These guys are attentive and follow through and set expectations correctly. To top it off the product has the best integration and ease of use compared to the others. My favourite part is the Facebook Pixel support. Brilliant idea for re marketing! Update after a few months. App still good - but: ..not enough of the money being paid by customers is being spent on back end infrastructure. App slows each page by 2 seconds - mostly due to an 669ms TCP connect wait. Classic latency caused by under powered servers for a given load. The more people use this awesome app - the slower it is going to get and slow speed kills conversions. The opposite of what these apps are here to do!

After having tried several wishlist apps that claimed to allow "customisation" but actually only meaning you could put a logo a few places, finding this app was an absolute joy. EVERYTHING can be altered - including branding the emails and sending them through Mandrill to allow the sender to be customised also. I can't believe how many wishlist apps would force the "sharing" email to be a spammy-looking url and nothing more, or have branding for AddThis or other third party services plastered all over it, or come from an unrecognisable sender - not very professional looking at all. Not only that, but Arvind worked tirelessly on all of my incredibly awkward requests and repeated tweaking (I'm so sorry!) and even tried to find workarounds for issues that were caused with the way my product pages present prices and tax. I'm so glad I kept looking and didn't just settle for the other ones I found, this truly is a customisable app,and a great addition to our site.

Outstanding customer support! They are super available and wait way out of their way to provide assistance. I am amazed! Also, the plugin itself is perfect and is a great feature to any e-commerce website. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Very useful app and helpful customer service team. I recently changed my store's theme, which displaced the wishlist button. However, after reaching out to their team, the issue was resolved in less than an hour.

I installed this app and was pleasantly surprised with how it fitted seamlessly into our theme - take a look at www.angelanddove.com. I was easily able to make the heart and 'add to wishlist' link on our product pages the same colour as the other buttons. I wanted the wishlist link to be in the header by the basket instead of the default floating button, which involved a bit of custom code. I wasn't quite sure how to do this, but Support sent me a link with the code snippet which was easy to install. Response time was very quick - even on a Sunday. The only thing that seems a little unintuitive is how to remove an item from your wishlist - the delete 'cross' is not very easy to see on the product image in the wishlist pop-up window, and after you've clicked it you then need to refresh the product page before the item is removed from your wishlist. This could be a bit confusing / frustrating for customers. However, overall I would still recommend this app as it looks good and installation is straightforward with great support.

Functional wish list app (wish list plus) with many free and premium features. Customer multiple device sync is nice feature. Some random pop ups that could get annoying, but overall very well executed app. Great job!

Swym Support has been great! They are very speedy to respond and work with their customers! The app itself is very useful and a good change from the traditional wishlist. Definitely worth the install! Thank you for all that you do! :)
