The Wishlist plus app has a very simple and user-friendly configuration interface. Its eye catching dashboard provides meaningful customer activity metrics and effectively illustrates the value addition of this app to the store business. I was provided tremendous and swift technical support when I requested for customized location of the Wishlist button on my Shopify store. On my further request, their dedicated technical team tweaked the theme further to fine tune the location of Wishlist button on Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone. I am extremely grateful and indebted to their technical team member, Nisha for actively pursuing my customization query and persistently seeking my opinions during the customization process

The basic Wishlist functionality has been a great tool for encouraging conversions on our site. However, upon trying to customize additional features such as the Wishlist Reminder E-mails, we ran into some technical bugs that significantly delayed our integration of the features. However, the support was very attentive and worked hard to resolve the issues in a timely manner.

This took about five minutes to install and get running. It works just as it should, and looks great. I sent a ticket in to support for a minor text formatting issue I was seeing, and got a response within minutes from their customer service letting me know that my issue had been fixed. Absolutely amazing support, even for the free version!

Great customer service and very well designed app! We signed up for the starter plan and had 2 hours of customization included. They were able to add the wish icon to our collections pages and quick shop pages. Very quick to respond to our requests and had the edits made within 48 hours. We already have visitors that are using this and have made purchases because of the wishlist functionality!

The customer service offered by the Wishlist app team is the best i have ever received! The team went out of their way to help me integrate the wishlist app into my store, making customisations where necessary. The app itself is slick, easy to use for both customers and myself, and allows me to keep track of customer engagement. One thing I like about the app is that customers now have somewhere to save products that they like, rather than adding a whole heap of products to their cart. This helps me to keep track of actual conversion rates, rather than these being thrown out by customers adding things to their cart so that they can compare them all. Now they can add them to their wishlist instead. Thanks heaps to the team behind this app for implementing it for me. I searched for about an hour to find the best wish list app for Shopify. After reading multiple reviews of apps that leave advertisements on your site, or take customers away from your page to a different site, or make customers sign up and fill out forms, it sounded like this app was the best one. After downloading it I found that you can customize the wish list buttons and their placement in your site and gives you a few other customized options. It is super easy for customers to use and it looks great! Hands down the best Wishlist app I have seen. Well done! I love it! Elissa
