They are people that you can work with directly to customize things the way you want or fix any issues you might have. They are quick to respond and quick to get to work. This means everything when issues arise. Nothing worse than hearing something like "our tech team is in a different time zone and will follow up either in the middle of the night tonight or tomorrow." You run into this kind of thing a lot with shopify apps. I just deleted one rather than wait a day to resolve an issue. Swym is on top of it! No worries here. I have had a great experience working with the Swym team.

My developer axydently deleated the application. But Swym customer service went far to restore everything back to our custom settup. Overal happy with the app.
This is the best affordable wishlist app in the App Store and I have tried several. The interface is flawless and the features are robust and integrate seamlessly with my store. The customer service is also amazing. Their representatives are patient, professional, understanding and to respond and resolve issues. 10/10 highly recommend.

The app works great and fits perfectly with our website's design. Dharuneswar, in particular, and the support team were incredibly helpful setting it up and with the English version of the wishlist.
During initial setup the wishlist team was extremely helpful fine tuning little details to customize our branding. Customers have been loving the wishlist option added to our site. It’s only less than a week, but so far I’m very happy with the programming abilities the pro version of the app offers, and very happy with customer service, their attention to details and how often and quickly they follow up.
Support is amazing, we are still in testing phase but any time I have tried to reach support the have solved all my questions and beyond. App is integrating well for the purpose we need :)!

I'm using Symmetry, which is the third most popular Shopify theme, but it doesn’t function properly. It works on the first page of the collection, but NOT on the second page. It does NOT work in the "You may also like" section below the product detail page. When you select options like "New to Old" or "Best Seller" in the collection page filters, it does NOT work. On collection and product pages, the favorite/like count appears only after 5–10 seconds. I’m tired of opening a new ticket every day for a different issue. I'm now considering alternatives. These are just the bugs I’ve personally found — who knows how many other parts of the site are affected? The support team is trying to help, but I'm spending so much time reporting bugs and waiting for fixes that I can't focus on my actual business. Additionally, we’re on the Pro plan at $59 per month because the lower plan automatically shuts off once a specific limit is reached.

Dipayan was the most helpful customer service rep I may have ever encountered. He got the app styled exactly how we wanted, was incredibly patient with multiple design changes, and went above and beyond to get the app integrated across multiple device layouts. 5/5!
