The customer service is amazing, they respond fast. Also they’ve helped me set up the wishlist in my store as I wasn’t sure how to. Also they’re very patient when address your issue. Love their app and their customer service.

I needed something free as my store is very small/not a lot of traffic right now, but a good app that I can upgrade when my store grows. This app does everything I wanted, including the heart icon on the collections and quick views, AND without having to mess with any coding! I understand some coding, but not well enough to tinker with it like other wishlist apps expect to enable that feature, so this was a HUGE win! Some other wishlists even wanted access to my store in order to enable the feature--perhaps they were legit, but I didn't like the sound of that, so I looked for an app that was made for Shopify, and found this one. I had some problems at first, and after contacting tech support, they got back to me extremely fast. I even discovered before hearing back from them that I just needed to clear my browsing history and refresh Shopify, and it fixed a little glitch happening, so there really wasn't any problem-just my browser. Now it's all working fantastic! This even works with products with variants--SO awesome!! Thank you for a great app!

At the moment we are still using the free version, at the beginning there were a few difficulties with the icons not being displayed correctly, after very quick contact with the support (1 minute waiting time) it was fixed immediately. So far we are very satisfied and will gladly recommend and use the app

It is rare to have such excellent customer support these days so I felt compelled to write a review. I set up the Swym Wishlist Plus app on my store at Laguna Happy. It immediately worked perfectly from a functional perspective, but I wanted to make some very specific changes to the look and feel so it exactly matched my site style. The team at Swym immediately made my wishlist look beautiful. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Great tool and great support. I can't recommend them enough!
