Excellent app, and support is excellent! But the chatbot screening is frustrating—it tries everything to keep you from reaching a human agent. If a chatbot could actually resolve issues, I wouldn’t mind, but we’re still years away from that level of reliability. For a paid app, human support should be the priority. If the goal is to train bots, that should be done through a free service, not at the expense of customers’ time—something small business owners simply don’t have to waste.
