Buckaroo Bling review for Syncee for Suppliers

What this app lacks in user friendliness it makes up for in excellent customer service. The app is easy to install and get running if you wish to open up your whole Shopify catalog to all stores anywhere in the world. However, the problems start if you only want a portion of your catalog listed on Syncee Marketplace and/or if you want to have control over where your brand is sold. None of these controls can be implemented intuitively on the back end by the supplier himself/herself. The back end of the app is a bit clunky, and one important thing that's missing is the ability to see how our supplier listings appear on Syncee Marketplace and rearrange listings as needed (e.g. I would like to have my bestsellers listed at the top of my supplier page). Despite all of that, Syncee customer service is fantastic, and that's the real redeeming quality of this app. I had to go back-and-forth with them several times to have the things I wanted accomplished done (only partial upload of my Shopify catalog, ability to manually approve or reject retailers), and Judit - who I worked with - was absolutely professional, responded fast, in a friendly manner, and was very helpful answering my questions and giving step-by-step instructions for enabling the features I needed. So, although there is room for improvement on the technical side of the app, the customer service is top-notch, and I'd be definitely willing to amend this review once those tech things are better resolved.
