I just got set up. I'm extremely impressed w the customer service/onboarding process. When your business depends on strangers, it's imperative that they provide great communication and customer service. So far so GREAT with the team at Syncee!

The setup was really quick and Bianka is also super helpful! I'm a stationery brand so I will follow up with how it goes beyond just the setup but overall pretty easy and hopefully drives more retailers to my brand!

I am new to this app and have not had the chance to use it but so far the support I have received from Bianca in setting up my account and upload the products has been exceptional. the app looks very easy to use and navigation around the back office is very easy. I already have a retailer and look forward to grow my retailers list and hopefully start receiving orders

Excellent customer support, very efficient in resolving any problems that I had. Would definitely recommend that any prospective supplier who wants to expand the reach of their catalog does make use of the Syncee supplier app to enrol their products onto the Syncee retailer marketplace.
