Becoming a listed supplier on Syncee involves a thorough evaluation process. We review each application based on predefined criteria, including product originality, inventory ownership, and overall suitability for our Marketplace. To maintain quality and avoid duplication, we do not approve suppliers whose product range overlaps with Syncee-sourced listings or who do not meet our inventory and listing requirements. Approval decisions are made carefully and consistently to ensure a positive experience for both suppliers and retailers, and we reserve the right to approve or reject applications based on our internal evaluation process. The retailers in this app are extremely poor quality. I wouldn't want my products listed on any of them. Avoid.

Please note that, as Shopify is a global community, many new retailers are joining every day, so it is natural that some of them are still at the beginning of their journey. However, there is a built-in solution for this in our app. Syncee offers an approval feature that allows suppliers to check and approve retailers before they can start selling your products. This means that retailers must first send an approval request, and you can choose which ones you want to work with. There are different types of retailers in our system. Some already have an established online store and are looking for new products to expand their catalog. Others are in the process of building their store and are currently browsing for products. And there are also new store owners who have just started exploring dropshipping opportunities. Syncee is a marketplace where any online store - new or existing - can find and sell products from various suppliers. Because of this, both beginner and experienced retailers are present in the app. We would really appreciate the chance to discuss your experience further and help you make the most out of the platform. 9 clients with empty profiles (including 6-without websites) were connected , no any requests and orders for 3 months. Wasted time, deleted.

I dropped the 3-star review to 1-star after the misleading and dishonest response to my review. ----- Very average. Many better options. After signing up, zero support, but they did upsell me. Asked for customer service once and received a completely inadequate response. I uninstalled the app and was provided that same upselling garbage, but no attempt to understand their poor customer service.

You ask "what makes me think it's waiting for approval?" How about the big screen that says "Wait for approval"!!! Stuck on waiting for approval for months. I sent a email asking why my products are not being listed. I got a reply saying they were in automatic product listing and working fine. Yes but you've never fully approved the account so you are replying to something that has nothing to do with the problem. I got a reply and they say it's working normal. If that's true, then there is no activity, not anything. After months its doing nothing for me. How can I give a positive review for something that was just a waste of time? I'm ready to delete this app Update* I sent them a screen shot and they stopped replying...
