Syncio really helps to keep our inventory in sync across our different stores. Easy to set up, great service when needed - would recommend to anyone.

I use this app to connect my new shopify (moved from another platform) retail and wholesale stores. There were a few problems in the testing phase but support was excellent and it should work! Would highly recommend giving it a try.

Highly recommended. This app makes having 2 stores so much easier to manage. it is user friendly and the staff is very helpful with anything you cant figure out on your own. A lifesaver for sure!

This app solves all of our stock problems with running multiple sites even when the product details are in different languages. The team are very helpful if you have any questions or issues. This has saved hours of availability balancing and manual syncing. Would 100% recommend!

This app save my daily life. Managing 3 stores was a pain each day and syncio reduce my daily task. Rayman is very sympatic and here to really help us. Setting the app was very easy with is help. Thank you Rayman for all you do for us. Julie & Marco

Seems to work well. I've only come across one major issue: We have a lot of bundles and use the Bundles app that sets the inventory of the bundle based on the inventory totals of the individual products. Syncio inventory sync seems to be triggered by either a Paid Order, or manual inventory edit... but if another app like Bundles adjusts the inventory of an individual product (because a bundle was sold), Syncio's sync is not triggered and does not sync the inventory. If an individual product of that bundle is sold, then sync is triggered and inventory levels on the source store catch up. This will become problematic if you have a lot of bundled products like we do... not sure of a good way to do bundles yet with this app and we don't really want to have to manually assign x number of items to multiple bundles in our source store.
Thanks so much for your feedback. We're looking into compatibility with the Bundles app and other options. We're getting more requests to offer bundles and we'll look to make this work soon!

This app has been instrumental in syncing data between our wholesale and retail stores. The team is very consistent about responding in about one business day and has always been very generous with their time and support. Syncio is definitely one of our preferred App publishers for our 2 Shopify stores.

The app is a little confusing at first, but most of the problems were due to user error. But the support team is REMARKABLE
