Syncio was vital in ensuring the wholesale part of my client's store synced seamlessly with the retail side. Rayman, Jimmy and the team even went to the effort of customising it to suit my specific needs and talking me through how to use it over the phone. Great add on and great support! Incredibly easy to use on the back end and a massive timesaver for my team! Would definitely recommend this app for all companies when needing to sync inventory!

Syncio is instrumental in enabling our client's store, For Me By Dee (https://www.formebydee.com), to expand from Australia to United States. Very good app. They continue to update and make changes that make it even better all the time. I'm even more surprised that it works flawlessly with Shopify locations enabled. Most apps still do not work correctly with this new feature. Keep up the good work!

So happy with the product and all the work Jimmy and Fei have done to ensure everything is working smoothly. They are constantly improving and rolling out new features. It's been a perfect solution for us to keep our inventory levels across two country stores synchronised without the need for an expensive ERP.

Syncio is exactly what I have been looking for in terms of inventory syncing across both a retail & wholesale site. No more stressing about out of stock items and consistently cross checking - such a time saver! I would highly recommend not only for the app itself but the timely manner that the support team respond.

This app is great for real time updates on inventory for multiple stores. We have the complexity of both B2C and B2B stores and this app can cope really well. Mostly I am thankful and impressed by the support we have been given by the team in helping us understand the app and make changes as our business changes.

Syncio has helped Dollcake launch our second (US store) without the hassle of manually adding all our products. We have needed a few things done/help with things and the support team have been back in contact with us and helped us within hours each time. Highly recommend the app to anyone who has two or more stores!

Syncio has helped KOOKAÏ maximise sales by managing product and inventory across multiple regions. Wow this app is great and so is the customer service! I had a few questions at first, and Jimmy responded quickly and then got the whole thing set up and mapped all my products for me. Then I needed something custom for my store setup and he found a solution and implemented within hours! Refreshing to find a good product with wonderful support.

Syncio has been essential to our business. First and foremost it's easy. There is no over-complicated features. You can connect two (or in our case more) stores in under 5 minutes and have all of the products up and running. Order can be pushed and tracked. Equally as important, the Syncio team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working for you and you're getting the most out of the software. Recommend for anyone looking for a multi-store order sync.

Our stores were unique in that we had large amounts of products. We had techinical trouble and contacted Syncio. They never gave up and help us through a tough time of getting all the products syncing and working. That is not easy when you have thousands of products. We applaud their dedication and commitment to supporting their customers. Thank you for your hard work Syncio!
