Very verry very happy wit this app! I had a very hard time synchronizing the inventory of my different webshops but syncio is a god gif! I can recommend it for everyone who needs to syn inventory. My shop is www.schwartz-vonhalen.nl

So happy with the product and all the work Jimmy and Fei have done to ensure everything is working smoothly. They are constantly improving and rolling out new features. It's been a perfect solution for us to keep our inventory levels across two country stores synchronised without the need for an expensive ERP.

Syncio is exactly what I have been looking for in terms of inventory syncing across both a retail & wholesale site. No more stressing about out of stock items and consistently cross checking - such a time saver! I would highly recommend not only for the app itself but the timely manner that the support team respond.

So glad that this app was recommended to us. It makes syncing inventory so easy, allows us to work with many different brands on Shopify, and saves us a lot of time. It's also great that they only charge the destination store and not the source stores. Best of all, their customer support is very responsive and super helpful. They always respond about any question and offer assistance when issues arise. My only suggestion would be being able to unsync products without losing the entire product page, so that you could resync without having to redo customisations once the products are again available from the source store. It would also be great if you could sync with other ecomm platforms other than shopify. Other than that, can't recommend this app enough!

Thanks for your service, it is very convenient to work.  My products are updated in real time, I do not follow the remnants of inventory. Easy to add items to inventory. Recommend.

The app works very well in relation to inventory syncing. I have had some issues with the app of items not syncing, however the support by messenger its great and they've solved every issue I encounter. Also they only charge you for the destination store which is fair, unlike other apps. The things that would make this App better are the ability to copy other attributes of the products (like title, tags, and such) but let you choose which attributes to copy. Also, a better log system and a way to massively unscync products, right now you have to individually click an "unsync" button for every product. But for what it says it does and how it does it, the app it's simply great.

Support is responsive. We ran into an issue (more of a misunderstanding of how the app works) and it was resolved within a matter of minutes. Be aware the app will sync any product whether it has inventory or not. So be mindful of what you tell the app to do .. because like anything software it will do exactly that. If you don't want items with no inventory sync'd: don't sync them. Great app, great support -

This app is great for real time updates on inventory for multiple stores. We have the complexity of both B2C and B2B stores and this app can cope really well. Mostly I am thankful and impressed by the support we have been given by the team in helping us understand the app and make changes as our business changes.

Syncio has helped Dollcake launch our second (US store) without the hassle of manually adding all our products. We have needed a few things done/help with things and the support team have been back in contact with us and helped us within hours each time. Highly recommend the app to anyone who has two or more stores!

Wow this app is great and so is the customer service! I had a few questions at first, and Jimmy responded quickly and then got the whole thing set up and mapped all my products for me. Then I needed something custom for my store setup and he found a solution and implemented within hours! Refreshing to find a good product with wonderful support.

I really like the customer service here. You should give this app a try! And the good thing about this app is the source website they don't charge you. Only the destination website that will be charge! If you have under 100 or 500 products, this is a good deal!

This app is just fantastic, as much as the customer service (Jimmy) is! I started with one shopify store selling B2B. And after a while, I found out that it would be great to have a second one selling B2C as just having an app changing the pricing depending on which client (B2B or B2C) was ordering was not enough for me. Indeed, the requirements for the outfit of your store are not the same depending if you're selling B2B or B2C. So 2 stores were mandatory, especially for me as I'm in makeup business (where outfit make a huge difference). So I was really wondering how I would cope with the inventory to avoid overselling during the time I would have to use spreadsheets to make my inventory match on an everyday basis. And then, while doing research on how to cope with that, I found Syncio that helped me so much in different ways: - Just by synchronizing the products I had in stock, I didn't have to rewrite all the descriptions but just make slight adjustments. It looks like nothing, but I have 650+ references, so just imagine the time saved on doing this - I'm now not afraid of overselling and don't have any spreadsheet to export and import - it's damn easy to use. And if you're really not easy with computers, the notice to use it is really easy and step-by-step I'm so happy that I would go one step further and push the order from my destination store to my source store (new feature). Indeed, this will ease the life of my fulfiller, accountant, and therefore mine as well, as I will be able to drive the 2 stores from only one!!! I reckon I'm new to Shopify, even though I've been looking at it for a while before jumping into it, but I can absolutely assume that this app is the most must-have app you can get when you have, like me, an e-commerce working on multiple stores with the same inventory. Thanks again Jimmy. You save me so much time and stress!
