I wanted to say thanks for the support George have given me over past weeks until Synder was properly setup to be integrated to Quickbooks Online. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality product and excellent service.

We have Quickbooks Desktop for Canada and Synder works perfectly between Shopify and Quickbooks. Many hours saved with the sync of transactions, and the easily mapping of our products from Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop. Our accountant is really enjoying it!
We have struggled in the past with the manual burden of syncing the Shopify transactions into QBO. This application definitely decreases the manual burden and helps to reconcile our books. There is a learning curve if your QBO needs to be set up a particular way to integrate properly. Still working through why certain transactions get "skipped" in the syncing process.
We've been using Synder for a couple of years now and find it extremely beneficial for our QBO accounting system. We recently had an issue where our synchronizations stopped working after an update and Marko with Customer Support was able to give me the resolution quickly. Overall, satisfied with the product and the support.
I couldn't be more impressed with the support during set up. Nothing was too much trouble for Andrew and he provided first class assistance to get everything up and running. Extremely pleased to have found this company!

There's a lot of Xero to Shopify apps, lots of them with limited or overly expensive functionality. Synder are stand out so far especially with regards to their customer service. I got Andrew on a chat and rather than direct me to 'help articles' - he carefully explained and problem solved all of the technical issues I was facing. This is the difference that will get me to subscribe to a service that actually solves my challenges. Fantastic so far. Highly recommend.
The support team was very helpful to get me where I needed to go. It is a little pricey to get my own data, but in the end it saved me a huge headache.
I had been looking for a streamlined solution on how to import all my transactions from the various eCommerce platforms my business uses and Synder has proven to be the one! George provided excellent customer service and has helped me step by step in setting everything up successfully.
best program ever easy to use, the tech support is worldclass!!!. The ability to trace and track all the entries in Xero has made the whole reconciliation process so much easier
So far so good! Works great with QBO. It has so many features! Love it. So glad I finally found this app, wish I had it sooner.

Fantastic support team, both Renata and George were a huge help in getting the integration between shopify and our Quick Books Desktop to connect.
We shopped around looking for a better way to import our transactions into QBD. We have a complex Shopify store and our QB is hosted on Right Networks. After some tries and fails, we found Synder. We have had tremendous support from their support department! They are quick to respond and even if a solution is not readily available, they never give up and keep trying until they can, or they send it to the development team to see if it is something that can do in the future. Great folks, great products!
Synder has worked really well for my business! The syncing has made it SO much easier to manage sales tax and the various payment streams (Paypal and Shopify). Customer support is AMAZING; George and Vita have been super helpful and attentive. I have no experience with accounting and they have been really patient and explained everything in a way I can understand. Highly recommend!!
