So far so good. Using this to sync Shopify and Quickbooks. We have had a few sessions with Tony who has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is so kind, patient, and knowledgable and has taken the time to diligently help us through all of our needs.

Great for all Shopify and other app transactions. Process all payments through one source and see them all in Quickbooks. Have been using Synder for a few years now and just recently added Shopify. All is great!

I was initially skeptical as I wasn't sure if the app would work for me. Synder is a great app and their customer service is first-rate. Darya Kisel made every effort to walk me through the app and make sure it was set up and working properly making my decision to purchase much easier.

Downgrading my rating for the app. In the beginning when the integration was under a different version it worked very well with a few minor glitches - easy fixes in QBO. However, the new integration is causing a lot of extra work and my level of confidence for the app has dropped significantly, This app uses the Product Title (Shopify) to map to the Name in QBO, not sku to sku. Skus are "unique" however Product Titles may not be, Synder randomly creates new products requiring a lot of manual work to fix.. Random transactions, in random accounts, app indications a "complete sync" however in QBO it's missing products on the invoices. I will continue to use this app and once my subscription is up I will research and find something else. It's better then nothing. Original review: This is an amazing App...Felix has been amazing answering any and all my questions no waiting for responses regardless of your time zone. Reconciling has never been easier Synder keeps my tax accurate making filing PST/GST/HST (Canadian) a breeze. Super easy set up, great communication with the developer, t My only regret is not finding this app earlier! The past month has been a breeze, reconciliation was insanely quick!

Synder is a great app that covered all the bases in terms of my Shopify Quickbooks integration: Shopify Payments, Payouts, PayPal, Gift Cards and Canadian Tax rules all sync perfectly. Ted and James were invaluable in getting me setup properly. I am excited to save a whole bunch of time! Thank you

Best app so far to connect Shopify and XERO. After many hours spent looking for a descent app to connect XERO and SHOPIFY I think I found "THE ONE" Thanks Tony for the amazing support setting it up! I sure it will be worth every penny. Joel

Live chat support is great! I had a few questions with onboarding and George took his time to answer every question. He was very responsive, offered step by step instructions, and sent screenshots. This is what you call customer service.
